Will the customer have to unload the CometServe NLM to free up the QDIR so I can copy the new QDIR onto the old one?
That would be a real bummer as there is only one person, the owner, who is often not on site, who it capable of unloading and reloading the NLM.
An answer before 9:00 am EST would be appreciated.
