Dialog Question

As I've been slipstreaming in WDL programs, I've gotten some complaints about programs not working. Seems that users can't give up TAB and don't notice that the cursor/focus has shifted to the "next" field on the screen.

Is there a way to toggle TAB into ENTER in a dialog?
