Comet Shortcut

In my Comet shortcut on the desktop.
Target: C:\Comet\comet.exe /PN=DESKTOP. Comet starts fine.
If I use the following.
Target: \\DESKTOP\Comet\comet.exe /PN=DESKTOP, I get a an Open File Security warning, the publisher cannot be verified. (Run/Cancel)
How do I overcome this? Group Policy? If so, how? Any help would be appreciated.
