The "move process -623" happens when you try to install CometServer and there are still parts of Comet running. You need to stop CometServices, close the Comet Console, and kill of anything that remains in Task Manager.

Now, install CometServer, restart CometServices, and run the Comet Consoles. 906 Should work in Server 2003 and 2008.
