Comet 2010.414 and clock

Running Comet2010.414 as Comet16 all OK.
Running under Comet32, any file beginning with "C" (e.g. C1A) seems to be reading the clock. The clock is configured as "CL1".
Compiled under Comet32 and still get the same result.
