New utility to retrieve/install license certificates

The 10.02 REL release contains a new utility to retrieve and/or install the latest Comet products license certificate for your Security Server. It can be run from its dialog or entered silently from your own app. It requires Comet version .413 or higher and Server version 10.0 or higher. Read more about it using the link below.
