accent remplace ba an other caracter in email

Last week we have move from window 2003 to wind 2007. Sinc, on email send by COMET EMAIL SOLUTION, using email mnemonics intruction, all accent are replaced by ?. In the email log the accent is there.

Any ideas what append!
