The Server Install should install and run the USB security token drivers for you. We had a couple of reports of CSecSrv crashing since version 9.06. We made a new version with a newer version of Dev Studio and some additional debug info so that if it did crash and we got an address for the crash we'd be able to trace it back to the line of source code. We gave this version to the sites experiencing the problem and suddenly none of them got crashes! So, version 10.0 is that new version.
It would be best to setup Dr. Watson on the server so we can get a crash dump. At a minimum, if the crash results in an info window please make note of the address reported.
