Of course you are correct about businesses using server versions of Windows. My experiment was to see what was involved in setting up a new workstation in an existing Comet network. I don't think it matters for this test which version of Windows my "server" was running. If that's not true let's discuss it. This info could be helpful as more and more customers swap out their old PCs for Win 7.
