OK now that you have generated your new configuration via SYSGEN, take a look at the target info for the shortcut to start Comet. Make sure that the folder that it points to is the place where your NEW .cfg file resides (MILLWORK.CFG). You should also see all the Comet executables in this folder (cosw.exe, cosh.exe, etc).
Now start the security server manually. Bring up its dialog and make sure you have all the product licenses you are expecting. It gets them from the license.txt file, which should be in the same folder as CSecSrv.exe.
Once all of this is working, then try to start Comet. If you get errors, send us the startup details file.
