DocMgr problem

Setting up a customer to use DocMgr archives. The archives are global.

Printer = LAA,P ,X,SPL:APDOCS ,pdfFactory,,;
Printer = LAB,P ,X,SPL:GLDOCS ,pdfFactory,,;
Printer = LAC,P ,X,SPL:ARDOCS ,pdfFactory,,;

All is working fine on the 4 XP Pro PC's, but on their Vista PC, pdfFactory creates the PDF file (in the \AutoSave folder) but it isn't getting copied to DocMgr. I'm doing a DIRCAT to LAA on each PC as my test. This PC doesn't work for LAB either.

All the pdfFactory settings are the same for all PC's and the same as my office Vista PC.

Even rebooted the PC.

Comet 407. I'll upgrade them tomorrow AM.
