Security Server Error

For some reason I put the license.txt in a Dir on my C: drive and not in my main Comet2004 Dir.
I moved license.txt to Comet2004 - cosw cosh are in this dir.
I clicked on the Comet(2) shortcut - Security Server error -
An error occured locating a security modle. The module could not be identified connected to any parallel port. My parallel port has the dongle pluged in and then to a HP printer. The printer works fine.
The COSC errored: Connecting server N01 : 127.0.0.1 [127.0.0.1:11750]
Aborted:No server found
Failure:Connecting Server
My server # is 10.0.0.1 - should I change it to 127.0.0.1 ?
