I have been trying to access the Comet billing database since I changed the primary logon servers from Novell 3.12 to W2K. I have since returned to the Novell server as primary but now I get the error messages of cannot find //%servername%/sys/%Dirctoryname% I know about the ini to cfg but the issue is that I cannot access the sysgen utility. I have printed every techdoc regarding sysgen from your web site but it does not say anywhere as to how I can run this utility so that I can choose the options 1-4 or even create the cfg files. I have created the ini file in the attempt to create a new cfg file but like I have already mentioned I do not know how to access the sysgen utility.
