Thank you for your help. I was using a Windows printer, not raw. I now have it working. I had to use both Paper Size and Bin for the HP printers the customer and I use. On my printer the envelopes are feed from the right and I had to rotate 90 but my customer's printers feed from the left and I had to rotate 270. Weird. But I now have it working. Thank you again.
