You misunderstood my request. The DOSMS "MOVE" uses "source file" and "destination file". So there just one DOS command.
The DOSMS copy uses file handles. So the steps are ...
1) DOSFC to open source file and save handle.
2) DOSFC to create destination file and save handle
3) DOSMS to do the copy
4) DOSMS to close destination file
5) DOSMS to close source file
A new, improved DOSMS for "COPY" in the form of the DOSMS for "MOVE" would be nice.
DOn't rush out to do it. I'm still waiting on the customer to do another batch of invoices using the 5-step copy process. Depending on the speed I may go back to the original DOSMS "MOVE" code.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
