I'm dealing with one of Norm's old customers and expect to upgrade Comet in the near future. Norm did things his way and often that is not my way. Changing things can require putting on my deerstalker hat and S. Holmes persona.

Oh yes, it seems PSPad meets my requirements: free and does Hex view.
