Comet installation on Windows 7 server

HAve just changed a customers server to a windows 7 pro .
Comet comes upoon the server, albeit with the Keith problem of weird colours,, however on the workdataions I cant get it to find the directories.It says it cant connect to the comet net server at 192.168.0.100.
The workstations are all XP.
What have I forgotten.?
Although I have been using Win7 & the latest Comet for ages, this is the first multi-user I have tried.
