CTMAINT and ToolBar Items

An observation, using Comet2010/417/10.03. Have three configured sessions that auto display when I start Comet. At READY: type SNOVA.
T00, shows popup and toolbar items. T01, T02 do not show any Toolbar items. Start a new session, READY:, SNOVA and toolbar items show.
