We installed the latest version of Comet2010 (419). Today, remote users who attempted to connect using CometAnywhere had their clients automatically update, and were then greeted with an error message "C:\Program Files\Signature Systems, Inc\CometAnywhere\mfc42.dlx - file not found"
We tried running a clean Comet Anywhere installation from the downloads directory to no avail.
As a workaround, we have to go to the Comet2010 directory, run the 419 install on the CometAnywhere client, and change the folder to unzip to from c:\comet to C:\Program Files\Signature Systems, Inc\CometAnywhere. Doing this, we were abe to run Comet Anywhere.
Is there something else we can do to resolve this?
