Back in 504 days wrote custom table lookup's that were FAST via NOVA and SuperNOVA. Sig's lookup routines and mine circa 90's still used today but really needs an interface update. Old way? No loading required. Just do it!! Just plan FAST!! But it looks too DOS'ish. No mouse stuff. Like the look of today but you gotta load it first. And if you want to dig deep there are 200+ pages of code to go through to find dialog options. Yea, Comet Explorer can be slow to display if you have tons of files in a Qdir. Suspect the same for ListBox. Short lists are fast. Long lists are?? Future of past NOVA/SNOVA table lookups UI is? So pick where you apply SIG's DLG's I guess. A new DLG release forthcoming?
