DocMgr problem

Just starting on DocMgr with a customer and their PASSWORD/SECURE problem has surfaced again. QMONITOR SECURESs the user password and it is fetched by PASSWORD later to power their OLD, OLD, OLD, security system. I have to make a mod to QMONITOR to make this work.

But, DocMgr is exposing all 32 bytes bytes in the User column.

I only want to see the first 16.

HELP!!!
