You can run the old Reporter. But for the rest, and much more, the answer is no.

If you want, a dealer who handles the St Louis area could give you a call and go over the full list of enhancements.

Comet is now licensed on an annual subscription fee. Your company would have to be brought up to date before you could start to use the features you've mentioned.
