CometServerProducts.exe installs everything included in ServerSetup0402.zip. If you run CometServerProducts.exe you don't need ServerSetup0402.zip. You can download CometServerProducts.exe from the same place you got ServerSetup0402.zip. I have included a link below.
CometServerProducts.exe and CometWorkstation.exe are the new way to install the Comet executables. I suspect using the old zip file method will eventually be phased out.
