After you attempt to generate the .csv is there a .V00 file in your TMP folder? It is named PARTITION$+CFILESfilename.V00. For example P00CUSTMAST.V00. May also find a log file called VSPEC+PARTITION$.log. If these are there, please send them to me.

Also, when you did the conversion to #CFILES it generated an error log. Did you look thru it to see if there were any errors?
