I wrote a test program and it worked just fine. Ran the same on Comet16 as Comet32. Then I thought, maybe he's compiling for Comet32?? Tried that and sure enough NUM returned 0 when it should have returned 1. I'll find out why. In the meantime if you can compile using Comet16 you can still run it on Comet32 and it looks like it will work properly.
