It appears that the version of 3rd party fax support software originally provided for use with Comet is not supported on Windows systems newer than XP. Given the relatively small number of users of the product it may not be cost effective for Signature Systems to continue supporting built-in faxing. We're currently exploring alternative solutions, possibly email related, that will be easier to work with - especially as new OS's are being released. This will be a topic for discussion at the upcoming dealer meeting.
