The solution was as Brian suggested, run install 419 because install 420 is flawed.
Also the RPG with the latest UTL release is also broken.
It reports error 16 on the 10th data element in the print line that are indeed valid.
Went back to a repeort version from 02/20/2010 and it works ok.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
