Is this problem occuring on the CA host or remote? MFC42.DLL is (should be) part of the Workstation and CometAnywhere installation and is required by COSW. I'm confused as to why you would see the error on the host. Additionally, theses dlls are so common that they should exist on most (though not guaranteed) machines already. Take a look in the \windows\System32 folder for any dlls starting with "MFC". Clarification on OS might be helpful.
