Past was terminals, printers, modems, disk drives, tape drives or COM devices with IBM protocols to learn. Small was maybe 10-20 devices in total. Remember your LARGE at the time? With mobile it's millions of devices. Want a piece of the action? Cometize it!!! Every company has security issues. If you're public, you need video. Security Camera's. RIGHT? Law suit/police/court stuff STUFF. Need way to manage this?? MS with it's past BIG BROTHER corporate image. There is no single standard for video. And standards change. It's vendor competition.
