MFC Dlls in VS 2010

Out of the box, VS2010 wants to require the target workstation for MFC dlls (Comet Windows Framework) to have .net framework 4.0 installed.

This link helps configure those dlls to not required 4.0 or somehow magically work. Also, VS2010 wants the DLLS to be larger for whatever reason.
