To get your ENTER key to act the same as a TAB key, enter the following command in your system configuration file in Sysgen under the [CONSOLE SESSION OPTIONS] of your ini file.

This will however, have the same behaviour for both ENTER keys. I dont know how you would differentiate between the 2 keys. Even passing scan codes, I believe the ENTER key would pass the same scan code, regardless of which one you press.
