Comet16 compiler on C32 error

First, Robert that fixed the editing problem - Thanks!

However, any attempt to compile under C32, whether it is launched with "Q" from CED or by using Utility#27, Comet reports an invalid DOS call error, "Run of Comet16 compiler not allowed from Comet32"
