I just figured out my hanging issue - a missing record in the nnpartf file for the specif node name I am testing with, of all things! (I'm not sure yet why the program just didn't error out on 32 which would have made this dicovery infinitely more expedient, but that's a different issue for a future time)
It's been so long since I've even looked at that file that I'd forgotten the requirements. Upon inspecting the contents it then occured to me.
OK, so now off to the next issue. Compiling. Can't do it, any way I try. I definitely need to get past this hurdle. C32 keeps launching the Comet16 compiler and bombs out.
