But curious about your suggestion.

How, when, where, do I try "Cosp.exe /debug"? I know cosp.exe is launched at some point but never really paid any attention to what all goes on in the background. At shortcut level I simply launch comet.exe or cosw.exe depending on the user.

In the case of my 2010 problem I am running comet.exe.
