Don't know your Comet expertise so I'll start basic.
I don't know the Abacus software, but following the usual Comet/Qantel file names conventions, I'm guessing that ...
1) The program, QARMAIB, is looking for an invoice in the A/R Master file and can't find it.
2) The invoice has a key of "6412300215447 20090630 DI". The first 5 or 6 characters are the customer number, then the invoice number and then the date (06/30/2009), and finally the transaction code (DI). Some of the spaces may represent other data elememts that are used in other record types (CP, CM, DM, etc)
Questions that might help us help you.
1) Can you tell us what the program does. Report, update, purge?
2) Have you had any recent contact with Abacus? I haven't talk to them in ten years :(
3) Do you have source code for this and/or other programs?
4) What's your skill level with Comet?
5) Does Comet have any remote support capability? CometAnywhere or GoToMyPC?
