CED should certainly be OK since it was released before Comet 2002.320. REL and UTL are probably OK but obviously you may not be able to use features that are for Comet 2003 and above (ie Comet Data Express). Just to be sure, it would be safer to run a REL and UTL that were current when .320 was released (January 2003).
