I fixed the Num2date(x,4) and Num2date(x,5) functions in Comet32.

In Comet16 these functions use the windows date manipulation functions which only work from 1/1/1900. Because of this, Comet16 will give erroneous results with dates before 1/1/1900.

Comet32 uses the comet date functions which start on 1/1/1800. These date modes will now work with any valid comet date.
