Where are you seeing the "Table Overflow" messages? It could be that your file server settings need to be adjusted. By default, it is set to accommodate 200 directories. You can change that from the file server UI by clicking on View->Properties, then choose the "Advanced" tab.

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
