Did you run the latest version of CometServerProductr.exe (dated Feb 25, 2004)? A problem was corrected in that version that could have caused this problem. If you are running this version, look at the CometServe32 dialog window. Next to "Remote CFAM users" there will be a count and a status. Is the status "Running" or "Inactive"? The answer to this question will tell us whether the Net Server is running or not.
