Is the user who's failing with the logo print a Local or a CometAnywhere user? If it's a local user then I'd recommend that the logo reside in a directory similar to your datafile directories eg: \\server\PDF\Files, \\server\PDF\Logos. If it's a CometAnywhere user then yes, I use directory Alias such as $CALOGOS and I have the program look for and transfer the logo if necessary. I can supply code for that. Your other issue may be the length of the path, even with the tildes. If you exceed a certain number of bytes ( 67?? ) then you can get this type of behavior.
