This error usually indicates one of two things: either you do not have CoshIpc.dll installed or you do not have the latest Microsoft .dlls required to load CoshIpc.dll. Since it sounds like you have CoshIpc.dll in the correct folder, maybe it's the Microsoft.dlls you lack. These are installed by CometWorkstation.exe. Have you run the latest version of this (dated Feb 25, 2004)?
