Works before 1800 and after 9999. Not tested for BCE dates.

Obviously we need a ceiling/floor function set for CometDate. Something like ...
FirstDateOfMonth = Floor(CometDate)
LastDateOfMonth = Ceiling(CometDate)
And, will FirstDateOfMonth be zero(0), one(1), (L)obby, or (G)round?
