Numbers with more that 2 places to the right of the decimal requires 0.99 entry instead of just .99. Otherwise it right justifies to the right most position (.0099 if 4 places). Run the attached test. When you get this problem fixed, remove the first CLEARLOCAL and recompile to see that the first instruction cannot be a label or the compiler gives you and error.
