DocMgr problem

Someone posted a message about DocMgr looking strange. See attached screen shot. It appears that some of the button text doesn't scale right when DocMgr is launched from a full scrren Comet session. This is a known problem with "direct" method dialogs. Reason I switched to dialogs built in Visual Studio.

If "Print All" is for TXT only, can the button be turned off until a TXT file(s) is selected. I'm using PDF exclusively in DocMgr and I keep having to explain why "Print All" doesn't do anything.
