ultraedit 16.30.01003

Recently installed Ultraedit 16.30.01003 for someone and made the necessary changes to interact with Comet. The only issue is that the shortcut keys appear not to work. I was told to check the key mapping settings in the advanced configuration for 'AdvancedUserTool1'. They appear to be set the same as mine are (running an older version of Ultraedit). Still no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
