I've attached the Security Server logs from two accounts. At both accounts I did the exact same procedure. Rogers & Goffigon is running CSS 10.4 and Maxwell is running 11.0. Notice Maxwell's log does not show the "Attempting to update license certificate..." line. For testing purposes I did Edit/Update license on our in-house PDF server, that disconnected & crashed security server. We're also running 11.0.

Procedure:

Connect up to end-user's server. In both cases this is a Win2008 R2 64-bit server
Open up UI for Security Server.
Select Edit/Update License. ( No change was made to LICENSE.TXT, it's the same file in use when CSS was last started )
R&G updates fine, Maxwell says it can't do it.
