Sorry. Each time they print to the archive printer they will get a new entry as seen in DocMgr. I hope they know they can click on the column headings to sort the display by whatever would make it most obvious where the duplicates are. And they can select a group of docs (click + repeated Ctl-click) for deletion of multiple docs at one time.
