Tears are running down my cheeks.
1) The word "should" MUST never be used when documenting software. Surely the developer MUST know how the software he created operates. Experimental scientists and lawyers can use "should"; not software developers.
2) What's a "job"? In all the programs I have written that use the Windows printing tools, [and I admit the number is less than a dozen] I have resorted to CLOSEing and OPENing the printer at the end of each document. Seemed to be the only way I could get the dang form to line up. My guess is that "job" means OPEN and CLOSE.
3) Is it possible to "permanently" configure the printer so it prints everything in duplex mode? How would that be done? Is there a Sysgen option for duplex printing? If there is, then including a link to that text would be the responsible thing to do in this case.
