comet 32 question

I see in the comet wiki that qstartx does not work in comet 32. However, I see no reference to the /keyfile: option in the target line of the properties icon of comet. I just tried it and it appears not to work. Is it supposed to work? If not, what are the suggestions to get things to happen when comet 32 starts up without having the operator log in and run a program manually?
