Don't like the "1st" file concept. Too much unnecessary clutter. The old way was quicker and simpler. I want to see the warning, error, and stats. If all is well on the next source. Not go off hunting for a LST file.
Only times I do a full compile list is when I'm hunting an error for QERRLOG. I want it when I want it. Not all the time.
And, I periodically do mass recompiles. I want my customers to have fresh compiles at least once a year. 400-500 LST files for no reason seems like a waste of processor power. Having to load CometEx, sort by type, select the LST's, and then delete them is a pain.
I peridically run a DOS batch file to delete BAK, STS, PUI and DBG files. Junk that accumulates in C:\Comet folders. If the LST files were outside QDIR then they wouldn't bother me as much. And, I periodically do mass recompiles.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
